Katie is currently serving as President of Business Next, Manager Today and Shopping Design, responsible for the management of general affairs and sales.

After graduation from Department of International Business, NTU, she worked at CommonWealth Magazine, starting from “Account Executive”, “Account Director”, “Marketing Director” and finally to “Special Assistant to Publisher”. Her specializations are Enterprise Organization Management and Brand Operation. In 1999, she co-founded Business Next with Houngji Jian and Weixiong Jian; in 2004, co-founded Manager Today with Feipeng Ho; in 2006, Shopping Design. With these three magazines targeted at different reader groups, she has developed the three magazines’ individual knowledge communities - Internet Enconomy, Managers, and Design as Lifestyle - through the magazines, events, Web Sites and Smartphone Apps.
