JS is in charge of the enterprise development in MediaTek Inc. His scope of responsibility covers corporate finance strategy, corporate M&A projects, Global Internet Alliance, Startups potential analysis and incubation, as well as Post-Investment management.

He is also on the administration for task integration and daliy operation, and is quite familiar with the operation and product planning in the IT industry.

JS obtained his bachelor degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University; several years later, he also got his master's degree in the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering in the same university.

He was employed as a project manager and a software engineer in The Bell Labs; what's more, he also worked for McKinsey & Company as a management consultant.
