George is the president of Taiwan Liposome Company.

TLC is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the research, development and commercialization of innovative pharmaceutical products. And based on the collaboration between US and Taiwan experts, TLC has made great dedication in treating cancer, eye illnesses and infectious diseases.

George specializes in Financial Management and Strategic Planning. After he joined TLC, he adopted the venture fundraising approach prevalent in US biotech industry and has raised many overseas biotch venture funds. This enables TLC to focus most of their energy on technology development and to successfully create many of their signature products. In 2012, TLC became an over-the-counter company in Taiwan

George earned his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and his M.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. He has been working in Silicon Valley, where he was Vice President of AsiaWired Group, and CFO of Hermes Bioscience. Also, he is the winner of the sixteenth Award for Industrial Technology Development – Outstandingly Innovative Youth
