Audrey Tseng is the Deputy Chairman and Greater China Synergies Leader of PwC, which is a member of one of the world’s largest professional services networks. PwC delivers assurance, tax and advisory services to domestic and international companies, as well as government and public entities.

Audrey specializes in IPO services (including restructuring, equity planning and accounting advisory), multinational management and internal control systems reviews, business operations and tax management (including dividend and employee reward systems, M&A and divestitures), as well as financial audit services.

With 30 years experience as a Taiwan-licensed CPA, Audrey has an intimate understanding of the information and communications technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, entertainment and media, retail and distribution, banking and capital market sectors.

Her main audit clients include leading Taiwanese groups such as Delta Electronics, Asustek, TECO and World Peace. She has also successfully assisted over 20 companies to list in Taiwan, including Taiwan Liposome, TWi Pharma, PharmaEngine, An-Shin Food Services, Taiwan Pelican Express and Cheng Yeh Holdings.

Audrey has Bachelor and Master degrees in accounting from National Cheng Chi University. In addition, she is a Managing Supervisor of the Taiwan Bio Industry Organization, and Supervisor of the Taipei Biotech Association.
