In 2008, YEFers Wei Hsiao-cheng (2003) and Chiu Che-liang (2004) donated their Google Android prize money which became the foundation of Garage+. In 2018, Garage+ kicked off its Starship Program, and YEFer Shen Yu-te (2004) and CEO Chao Ju-yuan donated the first round of funding which supported Epoch alumni who are starting their businesses.
